ISO 19011 | Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems

ENCONA
Course contents will be available once enrolled

ABOUT THIS COURSE

The ISO 19011:2018 document provides guidance on auditing management systems, including the principles of auditing, managing an audit programme and conducting management system audits, as well as guidance on the evaluation of competence of individuals involved in the audit process. These activities include the individual(s) managing the audit programme, auditors and audit teams.

It is applicable to all organizations that need to plan and conduct internal or external audits of management systems or to manage an audit programme.

Through this online course, Hans Trunkenpolz, unpacks the ISO standard in its finest details and shares his vast practical experience with course participants. Apart from the theoretical facilitation of this standard, this course includes real-life scenarios of client audits (some even in Virtual Reality!), expert reflection of how the theory is applied in practice, auditor psychology techniques to enhance the capability of the participants taking this course, and so much more.

Even though this course applies the theoretical requirements to an automotive industry, the content of this course is sufficient to certify the participant for effective auditing of any relevant management standard. Remember, ISO 19011 focuses on “how” to audit a management standard, whilst the management standard itself is the “target” of what is to be audited.
